Building with Nordic Home Plans

Nordic Home Plans provide complete PDF and CAD drawings, covering all architectural and structural details.
We also offer a detailed 3D SketchUp and BIMx model, allowing you to experience a complete three-dimensional overview of the entire home.
Our plans include a detailed material list with estimated building costs, providing you with everything you need to evaluate the scope of the upcoming building process.
Each plan comes with a unique Home Energy Rating System (HERS) certificate, that ensures the energy efficiency of your future home.

Click your chosen plan to view floor plans and specifications, download the Plan Preview, or see how the house fits on your lot.

The Study Plans are a low-cost investment that let you explore your chosen design in depth and decide what to personalize before moving to Construction Plans.

Enter your billing information as prompted and choose your preferred payment method (e.g., credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal).

Payment

Review your order to ensure all details are correct.
Complete the payment process by clicking PLACE ORDER.

Receive Your Plans

Once your payment is confirmed, the plans will be ready for instant download. We’ll also send a download link to your email, ensuring you have easy access whenever you need it.

Book a Design Call

During the design call we’ll get to know you, your family, and your location. Together, we’ll map out your needs and preferences from layout and room sizes to site and code requirements.

You can also fill out our Customization Form instead of the call.

Receive Personalized Study Plans

Based on our discussion, we’ll revise the plans and implement your requested modifications.

You’ll receive your Personalized Study Plans along with a fixed quote for permit-ready Construction Plans.

Continue to Construction Plans

Once you approve the proposal, we’ll create permit-ready construction plans tailored to your location, climate, and code, coordinated with your locally licensed engineer for stamping. The completed plans are ready to submit for a building permit and begin construction prep.

If you’re not ready for Construction Plans, you can also choose one of the alternative options below.

Choose another set of Study Plans at no extra cost

If you realize this isn’t the right plan even after personalization, you can switch to another Study Plans at no additional cost. One-time within 30 days; your original credit carries over.

Get a home design that’s truly unique

If you discover that none of our existing designs fully capture your vision, we can take everything we’ve learned about you to create a fully custom home design. You will get permit-ready Construction Plans with local structural and MEP stamps. Your Study Plans payment is fully credited.

Continue with your local designer

If you prefer to continue the design with your local professional, you can get the CAD Package of your personalized Study Plans, which includes editable DWG files and a single-project license. Your Study Plans payment is fully credited.
